Saturday events

  • 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM - Registration Open (2nd Floor Registration Booth near Short Creek Rooms)
  • 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM - Breakfast (Short Creek Rooms)
  • 7:30 AM - Meet at south end of Convention Center to leave on Tours
  • 7:30 AM to Lunch - Tours
  • Lunch - Dewey Short Visitor Center
  • 4:15 PM - Tour 3 Returns to Hotel (time is approximate)
  • 5:15 PM - Tour 1 Returns to Hotel (time is approximate)
  • 5:30 PM - Tour 2 Returns to Hotel (time is approximate)

Saturday Evening Dinner and Entertainment

  • 6:00 PM to 6:15 PM - Meet at south end of Convention Center
  • 6:15 PM - Depart for Showboat Branson Belle
  • 6:45 PM to 7:15 PM - Tour Branson Belle Gardens
  • 7:15 PM to 7:45 PM - Board Branson Belle
  • 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM - Dinner and Show on Branson Belle
  • 11:00 PM - Return from Branson Belle (Approximate time)
