On Line Registration Process - Pay by credit/debit card
(Deadline September 10, 2008)
The On Line Registration Process consists of THREE main steps:
- Fill in Registration Form, proceed to Payment Form
- Fill in and submit the Registration Payment Form
- Supply Credit/Debit Card information and make payment
Special Note:
We are happy to provide On Line Registration and Secure Payment for this year's Conference. PLEASE: Check the Fee Schedule and have your credit card ready. You will submit registration information and payment in 3 subsequent steps.
You are not considered "Registered" until you have submitted payment.
STEP ONE: Fill in the Registration Form
You'll supply us with personal contact information, Master Gardener status and group affiliiation, if applicable, any special dietary needs and your choices for the Group Tours on Saturday and the Educational Sessions on Sunday. This information is for our purposes only and is not shared with anyone outside of the Master Gardeners of the Ozarks and the University of Missouri Extension system.
STEP TWO: Fill in and submit the Registration Payment Form
Here you'll make your registration options (whether to register for the full, 3-day conference, Saturday or Sunday only, or any combination you choose, schedule permitting.) You may also add extra meals for spouses or family/friends, and you can purchase conference T-shirts and Drawing Tickets for origninal artworks.
STEP THREE: Supply Credit/Debit Card information and make payment
You will be taken to the SECURE PayPal payment page to input your personal credit/debit card information, submit payment to the Master Gardeners of the Ozarks and print a receipt of your purchase if you wish. You will also receive an email receipt. The Conference committee, the Master Gardeners of the Ozarks and the University of Missouri Extension do not have access to your credit/debit card information.
Additional Registration Information
Things you'll want to know...
- There will be no confirmation of assignment to individual tours or educational sessions until the conference. You will receive confirmation of these in your registration packet at the time of sign-in at the conference.
- All tours and classes will be filled on a first come/first serve basis. Scheduled tours and classes are subject to change without notice.
- Refunds will be given less a $25 fee through September 10, 2008. After September 10, there will be no conference refunds. Cancellations should be made by contacting Jane Schwarz at 417‐779‐4437. You may be requested to confirm your cancellation in writing by e‐mail or fax. Please allow up to 4 weeks to process a refund.
- You must have an email address to register on line and pay by credit/debit card. This is required by PayPal. You will be able to print a receipt immediately after your purchase and will also receive notification of the transaction by email.
- You will not be considered "Registered" until payment has been submitted.
