Registration by Mail - Pay by Check or Money Order
(Deadline September 10, 2008)

(To pay by credit or debit card you must register on line.)

To Register by Mail, follow these steps:

  1. Get the Mail-In Registration Form - Click the link at the bottom right of this page. In order to access this form you will need ADOBE READER. Most computers have this installed, but should you need it, it is free and available from this link:

  2. You may fill in the form fields with your computer and then print the finished form OR you may print the form and fill it out by hand, whichever you prefer.
  3. Make your check or money order for the appropriate amount payable to: Master Gardeners of the Ozarks
  4. Mail your completed form and payment to:

  5. Registration confirmation will be sent after receipt of individual registrations by e-mail. If no e-mail address is available, the registration confirmation will be sent by regular mail.

Additional Registration Information

Things you'll want to know...

  • There will be no confirmation of assignment to individual tours or educational sessions until the conference. You will receive confirmation of these in your registration packet at the time of sign-in at the conference.
  • All tours and classes will be filled on a first come/first serve basis. Scheduled tours and classes are subject to change without notice.
  • Refunds will be given less a $25 fee through September 10, 2008. After September 10, there will be no conference refunds. Cancellations should be made by contacting Jane Schwarz at 417‐779‐4437. You may be requested to confirm your cancellation in writing by e‐mail or fax. Please allow up to 4 weeks to process a refund.
  • If you would like additional Mail In Registration forms, you may print as many as you like and give them to your friends and gardening enthusiasts, whether they are Master Gardeners or not. This event is open to the public.
