- YOU ARE NOT CONSIDERED "REGISTERED" UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED.
- Scheduled and listed tours and classes are subject to change without notice.
- Registration confirmation will be sent by email after receipt of your registration submission and successful payment.
- If no email address is available, the registration confirmation will be mailed. (Email address is required for On Line Registration and payment by credit card.)
- There will be no confirmation of assignment to individual group tours or classes as those will be in your registration packet when you arrive for the conference and sign in.
- All tours and classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The host hotel is the Branson Hilton Convention Center Hotel. The room rate is $159 plus taxes (up to 4 occupants.) Please contact the hotel at 1-800-HILTONS (1-800-445-8667) to make a reservation or visit our special Master Gardener page at the Hilton web site:
Reserve a Room Now! - Refunds for the Conference fees will be given less a $25 fee through September 10, 2008. After September 10, there will be no Conference refunds. Please allow up to 4 weeks for refunds to be processed.

Fill out the form completely, omitting only those sections and questions which do not apply to you (i.e., if you will not be with us on Sunday, do not make choices for Educational Sessions) and then click the "Proceed to Payment" button at the bottom. The Missouri Master Gardener State Conference 2008 is a program hosted by the Master Gardeners of the Ozarks which is an affiliate program of the University of Missouri Extension Master Gardener Program. This site is maintained by local volunteers who represent these programs in their communities.
