Friday morning and afternoon events

  • 9 AM to 5 PM - Registration Open (2nd Floor Registration Booth near Short Creek Rooms) Drawing Ticket Sales during this time as well.
  • 9 AM to 5 PM - Welcome Booth (Hotel Lobby)
  • 10 AM to 3 PM - Self Guided Tours
  • 1 PM to 4 PM - Advanced Training (Cooper Creek Rooms 1 and 2)

Friday Evening Welcome Dinner and Entertainment

  • 5 PM to 10 PM (Short Creek Rooms)
    • 5:00 PM - Doors Open
    • 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM - State Coordinator Address and State Board President
    • 6 PM to 7 PM - Hughes Brothers Perform
    • 7 PM to 7:15 PM - Welcome from Mayor of Branson, Raeanne Presley
    • 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM - Meal
    • 8:15 PM to 8:45 PM - Capstone Speaker, Gaylord Moore
    • 9:00 PM to 9:45 PM - Beyond Extension: The Band!
    • 10:30 PM - Dining Hall Closes
